1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

1.1 "Platform"

The cd11 website, mobile version, and all services and content covered under it.

1.2 "User" / "You"

Any person who has created a registered account on the cd11 platform or is using its services.

1.3 "Account"

A user's personal gaming account on cd11, through which platform services are accessed.

1.4 "Bonus"

Any promotional funds or credits offered by cd11, usable subject to specific conditions.

1.5 "Bet" / "Wager"

The amount of money placed by a user to participate in any game or event on the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on cd11, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Age will be verified at the time of registration, and providing false information will result in the account being cancelled.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The user bears full responsibility for any incorrect or false information provided. cd11 may request supporting documents for identity verification if needed.

2.4 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account should be reported to the cd11 support team immediately.

2.5 Right to Cancel an Account

cd11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on cd11 are currently supported through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. No other methods are accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits below this amount are not possible.

3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is processed, funds are generally sent within 1 hour.

3.4 Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same.
• Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted.
• For suspicious transactions, cd11 may request additional verification.
• For Bank Transfer, commonly used Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or BRAC Bank are generally accepted.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Similarly, a deposit of ৳12,000 or more still carries a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. Example: if the bonus amount is ৳1,500, a total of ৳22,500 (1,500 × 15) must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once by the same user.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until the bonus wagering conditions are met.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• cd11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, cd11's decision will be considered final.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the cd11 platform — logos, designs, code, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of cd11. No user or third party may reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without cd11's written permission.

The intellectual property of content from game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, and JILI remains with the respective creator companies.

10. Limitation of Liability

cd11 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, cd11 is not liable in the following cases:

• Games or transactions disrupted due to internet connection issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third parties (payment gateways, game providers).
• Negligence by the user regarding their own device or account security.
• Losses arising from unexpected technical errors or server downtime.

In the event of any dispute, cd11 will make every effort to provide a fair resolution.

11. Changes to Terms

cd11 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be taken as the user's acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, cd11 will make efforts to notify users via email or a platform notice.

12. Account Closure Policy

12.1 Closure Initiated by the User

A user may close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. The opportunity to withdraw all balances will be provided before the account is closed.

12.2 Closure Initiated by cd11

cd11 may close an account under the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Providing a false identity or false information about age.
• Suspicion of using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
